Beautiful bespoke conservatory....creating two rooms

 

This beautiful bespoke conservatory created two rooms - a living space and utility room for our customers.  They opted for a blue tinted, self cleaning glass roof and bifold doors creating lots of light and space.

Our team removed the customers existing conservatory, completed the groundwork, blockwork, fitted the frames, plastering and rendering.

Cost Effective Hipped Lean-To

 

The client in Brentwood, Essex wanted this Hipped Lean-To conservatory so they could sit and look over their garden in a light filled comfortable warm room.  The client was worried about the effect it would have on their recent concrete printed patio as the new conservatory was bigger than their previous so needed to be dug up.  However, with our 12" disc cutter we cut a clean line to make it look very neat, clean and tidy so it did not affect the look of their patio.  The glass hipped roof really set this conservatory off.

Versatile and spacious

 

Our client in Rayleigh decided to go for an L-Shaped Conservatory.  They had a very large area which created a lot more space on the rear of their property.

As you can see from the pictures below they opted for a blue tint solar panelled self cleaning roof.  Please see our blog page for the different options from deciding on the roof to the frame style.

Beautiful Edwardian style conservatory with extended patio area

 

Our team worked on behalf of a third party company.  We completed the groundwork, brickwork and fitted the conservatory frames.  The conservatory fits in beautifully with the customers property.

We also extended the patio area around the new conservatory with crazy paving.

 

 
 

More space without the expense

 

Our client in Basildon wanted an Edwardian style conservatory to create that needed space for an extra dining/living room without the expense of an extension.  They opted for a 3/4 height wall to the left to give that feel of privacy and an extra wall space for possible photos, tv, wall lights etc.  The rest of the walls were dwarf wall height to create a window ledge for their ornaments, lamps etc.

The roof design was finished in polycarbonate being the cheaper alternative to glass.  As you can see from the photos they opted for plastered internal walls with a brickwork finish to the outside.  The floor has a floating screed with 100mm insulation directly underneath to prevent the heat loss escaping through the ground.  The air bricks on the outside of the house would be covered with the new conservatory, so we created an airline within the design to ensure the air could still flow freely.

 

From ageing decking to modern conservatory

 

The client in Eastwood, Essex wanted to replace their ageing decking area with something they could enjoy all year round.  An Edwardian style conservatory complimented with a raised patio area was chosen.

There were a couple of issues that the clients needed clearing up before they could commit.  Firstly was the man hole, the area chosen for the conservatory contained a large drain cover that required access, also the clients were worried about the smell.  We decided to put a double seal cover over the top, this prevents any nasty smells or gases escaping and access was planned into the design.  Secondly, the airbricks on the outside of the house would be covered with the new conservatory, so we created an airline within the design to ensure that air could still flow freely.

Our team worked on behalf of a third party company.  We completed the groundwork and brickwork.  The team built one 3/4 height wall which added some extra privacy to the room.  The conservatory still creates plenty of light with the bifold opening.
